Grief Overview
What is grief: Grief is a strong, sometimes overwhelming emotion that accompanies loss. There are many stages of grief that may come in waves.
Grieving methods vary from person to person. It is important to have healthy grieving methods and know that you are not alone in the process. The grieving process can be evaluated through five major stages, however these stages are not linear and can occur in any order.
1 - Denial
2 - Anger
3 - Bargaining
4 - Depression
5 - Acceptance
